ADD ME TO YOUR FAVORITE SELLERS THIS IS AN OLDER NGC HOLDER WHEN FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME THEY USED "T" AND "W" TO DISTINGUISH BETWEEN TONED AND WHITE ALONG WITH THE GRADE. ALTHOUGH THIS HAS A "T" THERE ARE VERY SMALL SPECKLES OF TONING BUT LOOKS BRILLIANT OR WHITE OVERALL. NICE STRIKE AND LUSTER. We ship within the U.S. only. MD. residents must add 6% sales tax. We accept Paypal only. We ship items Monday-Friday and are closed on weekends. We ship most items within 24 hours. Items that have cleared payment by Friday at 12:00 p.m. will ship on Friday.
