MOTLEY CRUE FANS!!! This is your chance to own a rare piece of Motley Crue history! This is an actual autographed court copy of the lawsuit filed by Motley Crue against media giant NBC. The brief story behind the suit is this: On New Years Eve 2004 Motley Crue was performing on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. During their performance Vince Neil wished Tommy Lee a "Happy F**king New Year" and NBC subsequently banned Motley Crue from any further appearances on the network or it affiliates. NBC was accused of singling the band out under censorship issues causing harm and loss to the band as they were about to release a new album and tour. Banning them from the network limited their publicity options, tfore costing the band money. This is a GREAT read and very few people have possession of one of these. This is signed by Nikki Sixx, Mick Mars, Vince Neil and Tommy Lee and we obtained these signatures in person. Low acid Sharpie markers were used and the signatures are in excellent shape. A Certificate of Authenticity is issued for this item and will be included with shipment.
