You are looking at a gently used MOULI-JULIENNE manual rotary slicer / shredder food processor, complete with all five discs, plus a sixth disc (numbered 7), which provide for thick and thin slicing, as well as very coarse to very fine shredding. This is in very good condition, with just wear on one of the bottom disc-holding tabs and some minor tarnishing and scratches on the discs from age and use. Discs are still very sharp and straight with minimal tarnishing; only a couple of small spots of surface rust on one disc and scrape marks on the underside of the food pusher arm. Discs are not warped, and switch out quickly and easily for ease of use and cleaning. All metal constructions with rubber feet all intact; hardened from age but not cracked, along with the plastic handle knob. Made in France. This works great for vegetables, fruits, cheese, hard-boiled eggs, bread for bread crumbs, shaving ice, and much more, as well a being a great vintage collectible kitchen tool!!
