A very nice old China Dinner Plate from 1955 era of Las Vegas Gambling. Historic Moulin Rouge was a Black Afro American Casino located on the Westside of Las Vegas. During segregation this 1st. class Casino was the place to be! Short lived and suddenly closed. Plate is in very good condition. Downtown Bonanza St. Las Vegas.
