Up for auction is a 1992 set from Mr. Christmas. We picked this up at a estate sale. The box has some bruising to the corners but the Band never appears to have been used. This has got to be the coolest Christmas ornament set we've seen. T is Santa Mouse leading his marching band of 7 well dressed Mouses!. This is a mechanical ornament set that is lighted and musical! When turned on each figure turns and strikes their brass bells. They are sequenced and when it is their turn to ring the bell, the LED lamp in their hat blinks with each note they play. As they take turns twisting and bell ringing, their music plays 35 different Christmas carols, all the classics. Each figure has a metal loop on the back so you can hang them from the Christmas tree or place them on a mantel or table. Each figure is about 4 3/4" tall x 4 3/4" wide across the bells. The power supply box is 5 1/2" x 4 3/4" x 2 5/8" tall. Santa and his band all light perfectly, move and twist properly and the music is "as clear as a bell". This is truly a unique and a great collectible. Santa mouse is dressed in his best red suit and his 7 musicians are dressed in black tuxedos and top hats with a great red bow tie. These are the most comical, loveable bunch yet! As each song progresses you can't help laughing as the mouse hangs on to that little baton and strikes the bell with all his might!
