Brand New - Box only opened to photograph. To make a long story short... My son loves Star Wars and he wanted one of these terribly for his birthday. Since these were just coming out I "bought" one on Ebay... Well, the only negative feedback that I've ever received was from the guy who ripped me off on this light saber purchase. Not only was my son bummed because we never received this item and I was ripped off, I was the one who received a tarnished feedback from this man. Anyway... when my son's relatives heard about this situation, he ended up with three. I hid two of these away to give to my nephews but was surprised when they ended up with these for their birthdays. When I pulled these out to sell I discovered that one of the two "hidden" light sabers had been opened. The unopened one is on sale I will offer the opened and slightly used one on another auction. This item comes from a smoke free home.
