MRC HO Transformer Model 700 Dual Loco 4 Amp -dual control HO transformer made by MRC, cab controls 1 and 2 are 0-12 V DC,there is 16V AC and a 12 V DC for accessories, it has been used and is not mint but looks fine and I did test the voltages and everything looked ok, also tested the overload circuits and the light the breakers did work and the indicator lamps did come on, handles are fine, original cord is fine and is nice and flexible, the copper color is nice and clean and all lettering is clean and crisp, it's a heavy piece!, there is no box or instruction sheet.
