From the box: Momentum or fly wheel action, braking, slow speed performance, housing, easy on terminals, 300 degree speed control, fixed DC output, throttlemaster knob, indicators, proportional tracking control, main line direction switch, circuit protector, master on-off switch (phew).**Unit is being sold "AS IS" as we aren't able to test it.
