MS) Lot of Vintage Plasticville Model Buildings and Building Parts For Auction Is A Lot of Vintage Plasticville Model Buildings and Building Parts Most of the buildings in this lot are in great condition and already built. However, a couple do require minor repairs. There are 9 buildings total in this auction, 2 of which are a church and a mansion, the rest being homes. The church and one of the homes is in need of repair and one of the buildings still needs to be put together. ! PayPal only transaction. Credit cards through PayPal are acceptable.� Virginia residents need to add 5% sales tax.� A $3.00 handling fee is placed on SOME of our items which will be used for the boxes and packing materials which we use. Payment is expected within 5 days of the close of this auction. If you have extenuating circumstances on sending payment, please email us immediately. Shipping is based on location and insurance is included in the handling. There are two options for shipment.� We either ship by USPS Priority Mail or by USPS Parcel Post along with Delivery Confirmation.
