This is an unfortunate disadvantage of the business. We do not sell personal items. All items are purchased from LARGE freight carriers. Return Policy: We do accept returns if the item is not as described. Only under certain conditions are no refunds offered. These auctions are clearly marked "as is" auctions. ("as-is" auctions are only done when we cannot tell the working condition of the item.) If we ship an item and it is damaged when it arrives please notify the delivery driver immediately! This will help us make a claim if the carrier damaged your product. In the case that we made a mistake, you will need to email us to let us know the problem ASAP. Then we will instruct you on how package the item in the box that we shipped it to you in and ship it back to us.
