ATTENTION: Please read this description carefully and email me with any questions before bidding. Remember to check this listing during the auction for any addendums I may add. This very handsome Mt. Washington Crown Milanojar is smaller than the average size for cracker jars. As such I suspectit is much scarcer. The body is mouth blown with pronounced ribs. The enamel colors, while soft in tone and delicately shaded, are boldly and skillfully composed creating a rich warm visual effectwhich harmonizes beautifully with the organic form of the body.In excellent condition with only very minor wear to the enamels and several scattered miniscule scuff marks to the cream satin finish of the jar (see photos).A few tiny minor edge nicks to the silver plated rim of the jar and some miniscule fleabites to the rim of the lid.Lid is stamped 'M.W.' inside. Satin finish ground pontil on bottom.5" height with lid and 4" height to rim of jar. Approx 4" greatest diameter. .
