This item is NOT WORKING properly!!!!!! MTH General Steamer engine in Excellent cosmetic condition, and mechanically I'd say, but I was told by a professional that it needs a board because the train does not work in the forward direction. So electronically it does NOT function as to movement. Backward is intermittent at times. It lights up, smokes normally, and "Toots" fine. It will need to be repaired to function correctly. One or two cars need new couplings as well, but they all light up just fine. ONLY BID IF YOU ARE WILLING TO ACCEPT THE TRAIN IN NOT WORKING CONDITION !!!!!!!! If you have the skill for a repair this would be an excellent set, and it is also a COLLECTABLE set ! Comes with original box and instructions in Excellent condition. Good luck.
