'0' Scale MTH - PREMIER F59PH - AMTRAK Up for auction is an AMTRAK F59PH DIESEL ENGINE w/PS-1 Sound. The unit is used, but only shows signs of light wear, as you can see in the photos. On the track, the locomotive powers up and sounds great. I couldn't get the locomotive to re-set, thus I couldn't get it to move. I don't have a MTH control stystem, so I figure that was the issue . This item came out of a estate collection that I purchased recently. Its original owner had been collecting 'O' scale trains for over 50 years. I knew him very well, and he only collected original pieces, and had no time for fakes or knockoffs. He has passed on and now his collection is being sold off. So mark me as a favourite seller as there will be a lot of 'O' scale to be listed and sold. This is a very nice model overall! Selling in this no reserve auction!
