MUHAMMAD ALI I am offering for sale a unique and sold-out memento honoring the "Athlete of the Century"This is a rare commemorative plaque that depicts in three dimensions the real-life full size handprint of Muhammad Ali. To create this authentic imprint Ali personally impressed his hand into a soft clay tablet, then added his signature to the casting beneath his handprint. The result of this endeavor is a hard clay tablet that is mounted on a walnut plaque. The plaque measures 15 inches high by 10 inches wide. Below the tablet and fastened to the plaque is a 4.5 inch-long brass nameplate. It reads: "Muhammad Ali, three-time heavyweight champion of the world." The plaque comes in a clear plastic envelope, that fits into the original custom-molded plastic container. The container slides into the original presentation box. Also included is a certificate of authenticity (that has a signed photo of Ali) from the licensee, manufacturer and distributor of the plaque, Silk Road Gifts of New York City.
