Wonderful Find!! Must See!! 1963 Sunset Pattern (label intact on bottom) Murano Glass covered compote. This piece has a wonderful matte finish not usually seen on Murano pieces. It is typical 60's style, the height, with cover on is 17 in high with the diameter at the widest part 4.5 inches. The best part is that the piece has No nicks usually found with lidded pieced such as this. T are a couple of small blown bubbles in the piece on the top handle w it is attached to the cover. This is a great period piece and seldom found in this condition and with the label intact. The label is on the bottom and reads "Sunset 63 Made in Italy Murano". A great addition to a collection or to complete that mid-century design in a home.
