Vintage Murano Art Glass Ewer Vase Lemon Yellow Latticino Ribbon Swirl #2 I adore this piece. Love the ewer form, and think the rich swirls of latticino glass is exquisite. Came from a lovely family estate auction held in the Midwest and is one of two companion pieces purchased at auction. The family took great care and pride with all their Art Glass and this piece is no exception. Condition is pristine. T are no apologies to be made that I can detect. No cracks, inclusions, marks, or repairs. I love the lemony colour. It is bright, cheerful, and rich in tone. Generous folds of glass at the top opening. slightly pinched with a wonderful arched applied glass handle and clear glass base. The "threads" of glass are extremely intricate. Twisted and swirled which run throughout the vase. I love this glass pattern, which is probably why I took so many pictures. Approx. Measurements 6 1/2"H by 3 1/2"W by 2 1/4"base Ground Pontil 1/2"disc Weight 9.2oz Just think this is an exquisite piece of glass. Vibrant and definately yellow. Great Ewer form, perfectly proportioned to its size. Glass feels smooth to hold in the hand. Has the feel of quality and substance. Think this vase would add sunshine and cheer to your existing decor and would make an exemplary addition to any collection of Art Glass.
