Vintage Hand Blown Glass Bird Italian Art Glass by Formia Vetri di Murano, Italy This beautiful vintage hand blown art glass bird was made by Formia di Vetri on the Island of Murano, Italy. Beautiful! In green with imbedded gold flecks on a clear glass base. The eyes and long beak are black. Very long tail, and wings spread. In MINT CONDITION - like new! This large bird perches on a clear glass stand, and is all one piece. It measures about 11-1/2 inches tall. Made of solid glass, this piece weighs more than 6 pounds. MINT condition. No scratches, chips or cracks. It has the original label on the bottom that says "Formia Vetri di Murano Made in Italy". This figurine is a collectible. A very nice piece, suitable for a gift.
