All sales come with this policy, no questions ask. In order to return your order you should contact us via phone or e-mail, otherwise it will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost. If your Item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will resolve everything at customers best convenience. But DOA (Damage On Arrival) should be reported within 1 business day from the delivery date, no exceptions. All retuned Items must be send back in original packaging accompanied with packing slip. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, if the reason is other than DOA or wrong specimen. Bid Cancellations We do not cancel bids, no exceptions. According to eBay policy, it's responsibility of the buyer to retract bid before the auction ends. I f the auction ended and the highest/winning bidder chooses not to pay for it, we will be forced to follow eBay's policy by opening an unpaid dispute, in order to recover our listing, stocking and final value fees. If the customer has already paid and than decides they don't want it anymore, we will charge a 10% fee on the total payment, in order to recover all our fees and costs involved in processing, preparing, packing and stocking the order.
