Music box mechanism which plays "For he's a jolly good fellow!". As far as I can tell it's all there, and both the wheeel and the comb thing look complete. It makes a lovely rich sound for such a small item (it's about 4 inches in diameter). It would be nice to know what it was once part of! switches itself of when placed on a surface, so presumably used to play in the bottom of a box or toy or similar.
