This was a music box / horse carousel that was once sold by Witmark in western Michigan. My wife got this as a gift as a child but we recently moved and no longer have room for this and other collectibles she has accumulated over the years. The item model number on the box is 90216 and the Witmark item number is 46780029. The music carousel is in perfect condition as far as I can tell and has been in the original box and styrofoam for decades. The box and styrofoam show a little wear and tear but the carousel looks great and plays music when cranked.
