The band’s breezy pop-rock riffs, catchy hooks, and languorous rhythms are--at their best--infused with melancholy and romance, though the problem remains that for every notable song--the DCFC-esque "Your Legs Grow" and the eerie "Comes A Time" for example--there are a plethora of shapeless tracks that qualify only as background music.
