Trigon Wooden Puzzle Designer - Wilhelm Kienzle Maker: Naef-Spiele Country of Origin - Switzerland Wilhelm Kienzle has been described as the "epitome" of 20th century Swiss design. He died in 1958. Apparently his widow contacted Naef and asked the company to produce this game which her husband had invented and designed. Naef is well regarded as a manufacturer of high quality toys. The auction includes the wooden box with a neat twist on-off design, 36 puzzle pieces, one dice, and a 2-sided information sheet written in German (I presume). Conditon: The Box - Superficial scratch as shown in the photo. Cannot be felt with the fingernail. The underside of the lid has numbers written on it in pencil. This must have been done by Naef as the numbers continue under the "cross". Also the 7s are European. The Puzzle Pieces and Die - Pieces in excellent condition. Die is tannish but don't know if that is age or original. The Documentation - No English instructions. I don't know if what is written on the small information sheet is instructions or not. You'll note the pencil writing as shown in photo #4. That was done by my mom years ago, so we would get the pieces back into the box! May have ruined authenticity for ebay purposes, but helped out the family a lot! About Me I am not a dealer. I do not shop estate or garage sales for things read more
