Nagra IV-S, two track, Stereo 1/4 inch tape recorder with time code. Serial number 11153. Three speeds: 3 3/4, 7 1/2 and 15 ips. This very clean Nagra has the 60 Hz strobe dial and is selectable for either NAB or CCIR playback equalization.. The Heads are in great shape. Lots of life left on them. It sounds great too. Battery compartment is free of any corrosion. Inputs include 2 mic with pre-amps and phantom power, and one stereo line input. Outputs are fully floating, 600 ohm line out. I will include a PDF of the Operations Manual for this Nagra IV-S.The front panel controls, lettering, meters, all look very good. This machine has been in my collection for several years.This is not a thrift shop sale. I am an Electrical Engineer, member of the IEEE Consumer Electronics Group and a member of the Audio Engineering Society. I have been using Various Ampex, Studer and Nagra analog tape machines since the early 1960's, mostly for personal use. I have a complete audio test lab including equipment from Tektronix, HP, Fluke, BK and Leader.
