is a shiny #15 rectangular casserole by Nambe. Capacity is 3 quarts. Dimensions are 10.5" (including handles) x 6.5" x 3.5" (with the lid on). The rectangular casseroles entered the Nambe line in its first decade. The #15 has been discontinued for several years. I estimate the date of production on this one to be late 1960's or early 1970's. These boxlike casseroles are known as the "puckered lip" casseroles because of the handle shape. The casserole up for auction is in excellent, shiny condition. It has been repolished professionally at the Nambe foundry. Because of the high book value, repolishing was costly. However, it was worth it! T is a small amount of light pitting on the interior bottom, but I don't see any on the exterior. The lid has a good fit. Please email with questions. I accept money order, personal check, Paypal.
