Nambe' Alloy bowl - #548 This auction is for a fabulous pre-owned Nambe bowl. This very large dish measures approximately 14-3/4 inches in diameter, and 4-3/8" high. Nambe no longer makes this particular bowl. Very large, very beautiful, and very heavy (just over 6 pounds!). The glow of a Nambe bowl cannot be duplicated...it's gorgeous! Perfect for serving that large chilled salad or hot dish. Flaw: On the inside, t are several marks (see photo). They are not utensil marks, as they are smooth to the touch. I do not believe the bowl is a second as t is no "second" mark or indication of that stamped on the bottom of it. I've polished the inside (not the outside) with Nambe' brand polish, and the marks remained. Because of the heavy weight of this metal bowl, shipping may seem high (parcel post is the most reasonable).
