This Japanese stone hanko is probably around 50 or so years old. The two kanji on its printing face seem to say "Ken Samurai" (literally, "Sword Samurai"), but we are quite certain that this seal never belonged to a samurai, and that it was made long after there were no more samurai. The single kanji on one side says "Ken" ("Sword"), while on another side is "Ken Samurai no In" ("Sword Samurai's Seal").

There is general wear, dustiness, and staining, with a few chips and a deep groove cut into on side, but there is no significant damage. The printing face is a bit roughly carved but gives a fairly clear seal impression.

Overall, about W3/4" (19mm) X H1 9/16" (40mm) X L3/4" (19mm).

We are glad to combine multiple items for shipping, and of course will discount some of the postage charges for each item after the first one. Please note that the shipping discount is not large for heavy items, but for small, light things we will discount the shipping charges by 40-100 percent, depending on how heavy it is and how it needs to be packed.

We ship at least once and very often twice a week, and so most of the time items will be in the mail within no more than 10 business days after we have received payment. We also always send a brief note informing buyers when their items have shipped.
