# 171 Daffy Down Dilly Had Come to Town Nancy Ann Storybook DollNursery Rhyme Series "Daffy-Down-Dilly is new come to town,With a petticoat green and a bright yellow gown." This Daffy Down Dilly is bisque, jointed, 5" tall, has a pudgy tummy, molded socks, and one short arm.Her mold mark reads "STORY BOOK DOLL USA II" Her gown has a yellow organdy skirt trimmed with two rows of yellow ribbon, with the attachedyellow taffeta bodice trimmed with lace at the sleeves. The short lime green organdy "petticoat"is attached under the skirt at the waist. Her cotton pantalets are lace trimmed.She is having a very bad hair day with no headpiece to hide it.Her bodice has a very small snag on the front left where a stand wire had been around her dress.Her right slipper has a tiny chip on the toe and a sizable one on the heel. There is a rub on the bottom of her left slipper. The molded sock on the left foot appears to havehad damage from the mold and was painted anyway. With all of this, I am saying that I am selling her "as is". The pics are my best description.
