You are bidding on a 1940's Nancy Ann Storybook Doll. She is #177 in the Storybook Series, See Saw Marjorie Daw. She is unique in that I've never found another doll with her dress or bonnet. Most of the other Marjorie Daws have light pink or peach dresses and bonnets. She is a 5.5" frozen leg bisque with moveable arms. Her dress is secured in the back with a small safety pin as they were back in the 40's. She has long white pantaloons and black painted slippers. She comes in the original box with her number and original black and white pamphlet, but no wrist tag. She has no chips, scratches, or stains and she has never been played with. She was given to me by my great-grandmother and since I'm not a doll collector, I figured I'd offer it up to someone that would appreciate it. Shipping is priority mail, w/tracking number.
