This is an original NASA Apollo Saturn V Moon Rocket FLIGHT Instrument Unit Electronic Circuit Board. It was part of the Saturn V On Board Telemetry System used to evaluate Launch Vehicle Parameters and communicate with Ground Control during the initial launch from Cape Kennedy during the Apollo Astronaut's trip to the Moon. This artifact was made to the highest "MAN RATED" standards. There are a variety of precious metals such as Gold and Tantalum on the conductive traces and components. The Saturn V Launch Carrier Vehicle's I.U. was situated just below the Apollo Lunar Module and was the Brain Center of the rocket Perfect for display.
