is a super fine receiver for HF ham work. This is a classic National NC 125. This radio covers .5 to 36 mc in four bands. It has main tuning and bandspread. This radio is somewhat unique in the fact it has a built in Q multiplier! This radio shows typical high quality National construction engineering throughout. It has a copper plated chassis, appears to have all original tubes. Cosmetics are very good to excellent. The face is perfect, as are all the knobs, lettering and dial glass. Tuning is smooth. ZThis radio has separate AF gain and RF gain, tone control, antenna trimmer, built-in BFO, and ANL. Meter works fine. Cabinet nice and shiny, no dents, extra holes. T are a few scratches on the right side of the cabinet and that's about it. I've used this radio in my shack and it works really well. Using the Q multiplier, I was easily able to eliminate SSB overload encroaching some of my weak military and vintage tube gear AM buddies transmitting w they're supposed to be! Fair starting bid and no reserve on this dandy and practical radio. Satisfaction guaranteed. Buyer pays shipping/customs. We know how to pack!
