Hey Adventurers!!! Now is your chance to finally own the highest quality replica of the Meerschaum Pipe from the movie " National Treasure ". I obtained this from a professional prop maker that is well known for his attention to detail. Photos of the original prop were used as reference in creating this amazing piece of prop history! This is the only replica version of this prop that is accurate to the original prop. It is solid ivory resin , aged using the same studio techniques for the original prop, and also has a real nice weight to it. Every detail has been painstakingly sculpted down to the littlest brick in the castle wall and to each wrinkle in each knights cape. This replica took over eight months to make, and as you can see, it looks like it. You would think this was cast from the original mold. Now it can be yours, as if it actually existed as a real american artifact. This historical artifact held the first clue in a series of clues in unravelling a legend of a treasure beyond all imagining. A treasure that had been fought over for centuries by tyrants, pharaohs, emperors, and warlords. Every time it changed hands it grew even larger. And then suddenly, it vanished and didn't reappear for more than a thousand years, when knights from the First Crusade discovered secret vaults beneath the Temple of Solomon. The knights who found the vaults believed that the treasure was too great for any one man - not even a king. They brought the treasure back to Europe and took the name "the Knights Templar". Over the next century they smuggled it out of Europe and they formed a new brotherhood called the Freemasons, in honour of the builders of the great temple. War followed, and by the time of the American Revolution, the treasure had been hidden again. By then the Masons included George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, and Paul Revere. They knew they had to make sure the treasure would never fall into the hands of the British. So they devised a series of clues and maps to its location. Over time the clues were lost or forgotten, until only one remained - and that clue was entrusted to a young Thomas Gates by Charles Carroll. The clue was an old piece of scrap paper, which had written on it, "The secret lies with Charlotte."Charlotte turned out to be the name of a great sail ship that lied in an icy grave, and on that ship lied the next clue, which was this Meerschaum Pipe. The body of the pipe displays a carved scene representing the Knights Templar, and the stem of the pipe contains an inscribed scroll, when coated with a printing medium, prints out the next clue to bring the adventurer one step closer in finding the treasure beyond all imagining. I will also be including the piece of paper with the riddle scrolled out in fake blood. I included a picture of a movie still of the original pipe prop. As you can see t is no mistake how much attention went into the detail in recreating this prop. T is also a picture of the riddle this pipe printed out. As you can see, it is exactly like it printed out in the movie. The riddle scroll was laser engraved to achieve this accuracy. The pictures do not do this prop any justice.
