San Ildefonso PotteryArtist : Erik FenderDimensions : 6 '' tall x 5'' wide xThis lovely, black on black vase was hand coiled, polished and painted by very well known and very skilled artist, Erik Fender. Erik signs his pieces with his San Ildefonso name, Than Tsideh and is one of the most respected and sought after artists at shows like the Santa Fe Indian Market. His pieces have such a special quality and look. This vase features his well known mirror like polish and is painted with a traditional feather and geometric pattern that covers the above and below the inflection. The neck of the piece features a three rows of heishe beads which gives the piece just the right amount of contemporary flare and makes it beautifully unique. It is signed as shown in the photo.All of our pottery items are shipped DOUBLE BOXED to prevent damage during their travels.
