This set of three larger copper preforms or poundings are from the Keweenaw Peninsula of Michigan and are from the Old Copper Culture that dates up to 5000 to 6000 years old. These are from Houghton County and are uncleaned as found. The top preform is 3 inches long and 7/8 inches at it's widest, around 3/8 inch thick. The middle is 3 3/4 inches long and 5/8 inches at it's widest, around 3/8 inch thick. The bottom is 3 1/2 inches long and 1 inch at it's widest, almost 1/2 inch at it's thickest. All have nice form and patina. A $5 shipping charge for the lower 48 states and $7 for all others. Money orders and personal checks accepted, personal checks need to clear before shipping. Payment needs to be made within 7 days after the auction. Ship to the United States Only.
