Beautiful handmade delicate basket decorated with shells and 2 feathers woven into the coils. It is very finely made with tiny stitches. The photos don't do it justice. I don't know the origin of this basket...I am calling it Pomo "inspired" because of the use of decorative shells and feathers. There appears to be one shell missing, otherwise in great condition. The bowl measures approx 4 inches across and 2 3/8 inches tall and 2 3/8 inches across the opening. This is a lovely piece of decorative art. I've owned it for many years....haven't seen another one like it. If you know where it is from please let me know! Comes to you from a smoke-free home.
