This Exquisite "chunky" specimen was sluiced from the Animas River near historic Silverton in 2006 and is a very fine example of Colorado river Gold... I have been a prospector and collector most of my life and over the years I have used dredges, sluices, gold pans and Metal detectors to prospect.
