Nice Natural Gold Nugget Authentic Oregon Gold This NATURAL GOLD NUGGET is one of the remarkable pieces that my father panned from the Applegate River in Southern Oregon several years ago. This naturally occurring piece of NATIVE GOLD is between 21 and 23 Karats. Quite a beautiful find! This cute nugget would make a stunning pendant or piece of jewelry, or a unique addition to your collection. My dad gave me this remarkable piece to help pay for the expenses of graduate school, but don't know much about gold or its value. I don't have a scale so I don't know what they weigh; my only form of measurement is a ruler, which every notch indicates 1/16".
