C & D Gifts Indian Art This auction is for an Authentic Native American Pottery "Large Etched Wedding Vase" . It is approximately 14 1/4" tall and 6 1/4" wide. It is a very beautiful piece. It has a fine etching around the perimeter on both sides! Very Cool! The etching on this is very nice.....A lot of little detail. A lot of work went into making this beautiful vase. It is signed on the bottom by the artist, "Carol Torres". Carol was born in 1967 and has been etching and painting pottery since 1989. She was taught by her sister Laura and her brother Victor Leslie. You can spot Carol's work easily, because of the bright colors she uses. The Navajo etched potteries are ceramic slip cast and then hand etched. Please note that even though we have similar pieces in other auctions, no two are alike. We take pictures of every piece so you know exactly what you're getting. Please pay attention to the sizes listed. We want you to buy with confidence and be happy with your purchase! Note: This is "not" the same piece she is holding in the photo.A note about e mails - We have had past experience with our e mails not reaching their destination on occasion.
