NATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN HORSE HAIR POTTERY ETCHED & SIGNED BY NAVAJO ARTIST This Native American Indian horse hair pottery from New Mexico is signed by Navajo Artist, Vicoria Susie. The etched seed pot includes the artist's distinct trademark on the underside. The pottery measures approximately 4" diameter at the widest point x about 3" tall. It has a hole that is .75" at the top and the base measures 1.5". The intricate colorful Navajo etchings make this a very unique and eye catching collector's piece. Each piece of horse hair pottery is a one of a kind. The artist tosses Horse hair taken from the mane or tail of a horse onto the heated pottery while it is in a kiln. The resulting carbon being drawn into the surface of the pot creates original designs and patterns. The finished pottery is a unique marblized flare styled pot. This is a beautiful piece without any cracks or chips. COMBINED SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE! (Other Native American listings are available this week.) Shipping within the continental US via USPS Parcel Post for $6.99 or via USPS Priority Mail for 8.99. If outside of the continental U.S., please refer to shipping calculator or contact for shipping rate and information. HAPPY BIDDING!
