NAVAJO POTTERY

This Navajo pot is handmade and signed by the artist, Lorena Watchman, on the bottom. It is made from terracotta-colored clay, handpainted with bands of bright colors, including black, and rust, and then etched with repeating traditional tribal designs. This pot is also painted gray on the inside. The artist's name is complete on the bottom of the pot, as well as "Navajo, NM".

Condition: New

Style: Unglazed, will not hold water unless you seal the inside with glaze (inexpensive, and available at craft stores, hardware stores, etc.)

Size: approx. 7" tall, 5-1/2" wide, tapered, with wide mouth
