This auction is for a near mint in box Zippo lighter made in 1956.This was the 1st year of the Zippo slim and probably the most sought after of all the slim models and Zippos in general.This is the 2nd one I have found in over 15 years of collecting and it is in great ,unused near mint condition.The worse things about this lighter is a slight blemish on the bottom of the initial area,with a VERY LIGHT surface scratch and a little ding that you can see on the insert only when it is removed (see pictures).The box is green and silver and I think the original one was gray.The box has a couple of marks you can see that are darker,these are from something on the surface that you may be able to scrape off.T is also some paint loss on the outside diagonally and a spot to the left of the hinge when the lighter is in.I will gladly combine lighters in one package to save you excess shipping charges. SHIPPING is $2.50 for USPS first class or $4.60 for priority with delivery confirmation in the USA.Insurance is strongly recommended,and I won't guarantee without it.
