All the pieces assemble tightly and evenly.It`s in near mint cosmetic condition. There`s no plate wear/brassing or tarnish on this razor. You`ll find some fine scratches if you look very carefully. That said, this is a sturdy, very nice looking `69 Tech with a long career of great shave left ahead.The date code is O-1, which places production during the first quarter of 1969.The Gillette Tech Razor was a popular standard from the late 30s, through the 50s, and into the 60s and 70s. They were issued to the U.S. armed forces during WW II, and were often distributed by the Red Cross.
