This Auction is for a Vintage English Oak Washstand. This a super neat and nice piece with tons of Eye Appeal and is well made and in way better than average condition. It has a few dings and character scratches but overall it's one of the better washstands that I have seen around. The lines of this little darling are very simple yet very pretty. The Pretty Beveled Edge Solid Oak top is 36" wide by 17 1/2" deep and is 31 1/4" tall and is 33 5/8" tall to the top of the backsplash. The cabinet body is 16 1/2" X 33 1/4" and stands 12 1/2' off the floor. The drawer is 29 1/2" X 14 " and is 3 1/4" deep. Please note the very old wide "dove tailed joints" in this cabinet. Also note the back of the cabinet with the strip & panel contruction. This puppy was made around the first of the century or before, also note the tiny metal rollers under each leg. The single door whish is 15 1/4" X 11 5/8" and has a cessed panel in it. It would look Great in a good size bathroom, bedroom or guest room! It would accent any room you put it in, even the kitchen!
