Up for sale is a beautiful, authentic, rare, Paleo, Cody Complex, Scottsbluff, ancient spear point from Western Nebraska .

This atlatl point is a reddish colored Spanish Diggings. It measures 2.2 inches long. This Indian Artifact has strong shoulders and is a classic Scottsbluff with excellent provenance from Western Nebraska . Included is a Jeb Taylor COA . On the Certificate of Authenticity, Jeb indicates Cody, Scottsbluff, 9500 to 8000 years old, made of Silicified Sand, Well-made, authentic.

It has a nice flaking pattern and is well made. It is thin and has no modern chipping. This artifact comes with a lifetime guarantee on being ancient, authentic, and absent rechipping.

The base and stem have a light grinding.

These artifacts were named after they were discovered at the Scottsbluff Bison Quarry Site, near Scottsbluff , Nebraska in the 1930's. They date to about 9,000 before present. After the Clovis and Folsom time frames but still in the Paleo era.
