The number on the envelope is the same on the topper. Never been mounted but has a scratch across the 1864, a mark in front of the top of the 1 in 1964 and a slight bend through the D and N. Otherwise absolutely wonderful condition. Topper is 12 inches long and 2 inches across. The envelope has water stains but no other serious damage. Without the envelope, I would have thought this was a reproduction as I had never seen one before. The original mailing cost was 2-5/8 cents but this one was never mailed. Shipping is $2.00 in a bubble pack envelope with delivery confirmation/tracking in the USA. Rest of the world please email me for costs. Paypal is preferred but other payment options available. Out of USA buyers use Paypal only. NO CHECKS please. Any ?? please email me.
