Hello vintage football fans. The item you are bidding on is an official Pete Rozelle/NFL white pannel football autograph by 34 member of the 1972 New England Patriots. These LIMITED edition footballs were, apparently, produced only for individual NFL teams for their own preferances (ie autographs). This Patriot version which includes a big bold autograph of Heisman Trophy winner/ No 1 over all pick/1971 Rookie of the year Jim Plunkett, was available only to upper echelon season ticket holders. It also included the autographs of many Patriot Legends such as Julius Adams, Sam Adams Sr, Carl Garrett, Bod WIndsor, Tom Neville, Ron Bolton, Mike Montler, Len St. Gean. John Morris, etc. The autographs are both very large and neat with very little overlapping. The 37 year old ball is very clean and the autographs are bold, because the ball has been kept in, and COMES WITH, the original WILSON BOX!
