Probably early 20th-century, with lizard skin drum head, probably Papuan or Sepik River region. Hand carved in high relief, with anthropomorphic figure at bi-pointed base, carved handle at middle with relief figural band at same, lime applied to carving for accent; 5.5` diameter x 26` high.
