is a Marine issue large field pack with internal aluminum frame....Correct name for this is the FPLIF.. developed for the us marines to replace the old alice pack...has huge cargo capability.....3.64cu ft of space in main pack, it also has the patrol back with it which adds another 2,500 cu inches of carry space. internal pocket for sleeping bag...padded waist strap and kidney straps..made of heavy duty water resistant nylon material. 30" long x 21" wide. This back is the later improved model...made in 2004. In New condition...issued but never used.
