Offered is the newest publication by noted author and bottle collector Johnny Fletcher.It is a 235 page comprehensive and carefully documented listing of all known Oklahoma,Indian Territory and Oklahoma Territory hutchinson sodas,crown top sodas,embossed drugstore bottles,Coca Cola bottles,as well as rare Oklahoma Territory flasks and other miscellaneous bottles,such as Milks and Food Products. Mr.Fletcher is the author of three other bottle books;the Oklahoma Soda Bottles book in 1989;the Oklahoma Drugstore Bottle book in 1991,and The Kansas Bottle Book in 1994.This latest effort combines the two previous Oklahoma books,while updating new finds which have surfaced in the past few years.Also updated is the complete price lists for each category included in the book. The book included hundreds of carefully and accurately drawn illustrations of all the bottles and how the embossment is laid out.The known bottlers and druggists are listed with dates of operation,along with illustrations for the bottles known.The bottle number under each example is easily crossreferenced to the price list,located at the end of each section.The book is divided into four sections,the last being seven pages of great colored pictures of all the known mini and larger jugs from the state.
