"NEW" Parker Sonnet Fountain Pen, Stainless Steel & Chrome This is a "NEW" Parker Sonnet Fountain Pen. c. 2004-2005. "Brushed" stainless steel finish over solid brass construction with chrome plated trim. As can be seen in the pictures, the brushed finish creates a very attractive luminous metallic chrome color. The cap band is marked, "PARKER SONNET FRANCE A.1" and it has the standard Parker hallmark "P" symbol located t as well. The length measures 5 1/4"(closed with cap on), barrel width=0.42". The stainless steel nib is "Medium" and marked, "PARKER". The nib also has the standard Parker hallmark "P" symbol located t as well(see pictures). The underside of the feed is marked with the letter "M" which signifies that the nib is Medium. The pen comes with a twist piston converter inside the barrel(see pictures). If you prefer using ink cartridges, unscrew the barrel, pull out the converter, and insert an ink cartridge. The Parker Sonnet is a beautiful design with an enduring classic style. The combination of advanced technology, quality materials, and beautiful finishes make for a superb writing experience. The condition of this pen is "NEW" and unused with no flaws.
