San Juan de Oriente is a small town located about a half-hour's drive from the capital, Managua. For centuries, it has been an important center of pottery production. Claudia is one of the many sanjuaneños who make a living through their pottery. However, money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks are accepted. Personal checks must clear before order is shipped. Thanks for your purchase! Shipping Information We ship everyday (Monday-Friday) via Priority USPS Mail. We guarantee that your package will be shipped out to you within 36 hours after payment has been received. The USPS estimates that most packages shipped via Priority Mail arrive in 2-3 days. Shipping rates are based on weight and destination. Shipping charges include handling and insurance. To get an estimate of shipping costs, please use our shipping calculator below. We ship to all 50 states and Canada. We also ship internationally (rates vary). ** Please note that FREE SHIPPING (when available) only applies to US addresses. ** Returns & Refunds Policy Customers who wish to return items they have purchased must let us know of their intention within 20 days of the date of purchase by e-mailing us at . In your message, please include the reason for returning the item and the order number. Returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase. For purchases made in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or foreign addresses, the grace period for returning items is 40 days.
